Scheduling Surgery for Out of Town Patients

Patients interested in learning more about the center, our physicians, or any of the services we provide can contact us via phone or email. One of our representatives will contact you to discuss details of your case and provide you with instructions on how to submit your records for evaluation by one of our physicians. We will also provide you with a dedicated phone contact who will work with you as you move forward with scheduling your procedure.

Insurance and Pricing

Our facility is staffed by the board certified physicians of Northwest ENT and Allergy Center, and they participate in virtually all insurance plans. For patients choosing to use their insurance benefits, all charges for surgical services, including the surgeon, anesthesiologist, and the facility will be charged with their insurance plan. Please be advised that you will be charged separately by each provider and the facility for their services; deductible and co-insurance fees may also apply. Additional charges may be billed for office services, diagnostic testing, and pathology services, as these expenses are billed separately.

For uninsured patients, or those patients who choose not to use their current insurance, Northwest ENT Surgery Center also offers all-inclusive package price options. These package prices are only available to cash-paying patients, and they are subject to change depending on the details of your procedure.

The listed prices found on the pricing page cover:

• Office consultation prior to surgery
• All in-office testing, such as CT scans, ultrasounds, and hearing tests
• Surgeons’ fees
• Anesthesiologist services
• Facility services and supplies
• Routine pathology

Cash option package pricing does not apply to patients choosing to have services billed to their insurance.
